Publication Date:  2016-02-28 Views:  550 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

TE50 just can make multi-conference call but can not end the conferece via remote control in the IMS scenario, the details is as below

1-     We can successfully create the multi conference call using remote of TE50.

2-     We can exit the multi conference call successfully.

3-     When we exit the call, the other two parties still remain in session.

Handling Process

1, Using the touch pad directly to the TE50's hot spot and it also did not work

2, Adding a wireless router and touch pad connect the wireless router, then the issue had been solved

Root Cause

In the IMS scenario the conference control signal is pushed by MediaX server,so we can not control the conference via remote control or pad directly connect the hot spot of TE50

In the scenario of IMS solution,if we want to make a multi-conference on TEX0 side,we can not realize the solution just let PAD connect the Wifi hotspot on TE50,we need a wireless router to do this. The network is as below:

1, TE50 and wireless router should in the same segment and same Vlan, and then the network is ok;Both of them connect to the IMS network

2, Wireless router’s WAN port connect to the network(Switch as same as TE50)

3,The wireless router configuration is as below:

1)   Internet Setup

This IP will connect to IMS Network as the picture as below

2)  LAN  Setup

This connect for PAD connection

4,PAD configuration

1)   In the picture of below, the connection settings, the IP address you need input the IP of TE50

2)  This IP address you can set as 192.168.1.X and the gateway you need set as same as LAN IP in wireless router

In IMS scenario the conference control is different from pure VC network
