There will be a time change(daylight saving configuration) in the country, and customer need to know how to adjust the esight for not having issues with their information.
Is this automatic? or we have to do it manually?
Time of eSight and LogCenter depends on the time configuration of the server where they are installed, if the OS is Windows Server, we have to check as following:
1- On the clock (lower right corner) do right click and select "Adjust date/time"
2- In the date/time configuration we can check the current settings:
Here, the automatic change will be done on April 03 and the clock will go forward 1 hour at 2AM, so there is no need to do any change.
3- If this information does not appear, we can click on "Change time zone" and check if the "Automatic Adjust" box is checked:
Customer checked this information on his productive server, and is correctly configured, no further operations are needed
