customer are using our U1911 which connect with provider by using AT0 trunk, and customer configured hunt group service in our U1911. As the service requirment growing, the old AT0 trunk couldn't meet customer requirement. customer get a new PRA trunk from provider. To avoid a big change to current configuration in U1911, customer hope to add some new configuration to lead the incoming call to current huntgroup.
here is the example to descrbe customer isue.
customer's old toplogy, as the parts with green color.
one AT0 trunk, and the assigned number is 80001000, customer has configured Hunt group service in U1911, and the related huntgroup prefix is 80001000 too. this means that the incoming call from AT0 trunk will match with huntgroup prefix directly, so the member phone in hunt group will ring normally.
new added parts, as the parts with black color.
As the service requirement growing, one long number isn't enough for custoemr business. and they add a new PRA trunk to current U1911, and some number long number were supplied by provider.
customer hope the incoming call to 9001001 could go into huntgroup too.
To get this aim, customer configure one predeal number change rule as following
