IVS_client cannot log in after the server restarted

Issue Description

One oversea customer, IVS_client cannot logged in to VCN3000 after the server restarted, it was get stuck at “Downloading Logo..” as showed below, before the server restarted, it works fine. 


The server installed IVS_client have Win7 64 bits OS, VCN3000 version: V100R002C10SPC100


Handling Process

1. Test with others servers, the problem was reproduced on another win10 64bits OS.

2. Restarted the server again, the problem persist.

3. Check IVS_clientàPropertiesàAdcancedàRun as administrator, fond it was not enabled, after enable and test the issue was resolved.

Root Cause
Default IVS_client will save a login LOGO on C disk (customer can customize this LOGO), some users don’t have rights to write in disk C, then will get stuck.
