[E9000] Unable to Collect Log of all Blades from HMM Web

Issue Description

E9000 Unable to Collect Log of all Blades from HMM Web (One-Click Full Collection).

Customer has 16 blades, during logs collection from HMM Web only 6 blade logs able to collect as shown below.

When try to download for Blade 1(which is not included in the logs), it failed with error as below :-

Alarm Information

No any alarm.

Handling Process

Check customer's configuration from the logs which collected earlier.

Root Cause

Found out customer have modify the internal IP of the Chassis.


Change the Internal IP of the chassis.

Login putty with HMM IP, and run below command :-

smmset -l shelf -d subnet -v

Below is the output after run above command :-

Try to collect One-Click Full Collection logs from HMM Web after changing the configuration and successfully collected logs from all blades :-


Huawei recommend not modifying the internal IP of E9000. Please set as default to avoid any problem.
