IVS Client Unit remains on the “Downloading logo” interface when log in

Issue Description

1)Server type:VCN3010, IVS Platform version: V100R002C20SPC001IVS C02 Client Unit.
2)Operation System of PC which installed Client Unit: Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit.
3) Login IVS Client Unit failed, remains on the “Downloading logo” interface.

Alarm Information


Handling Process

Run client unit as “Administrator” account, issue solved.

Root Cause

If client unit installed on the PC which is Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit Operation System. The Client Unit should be run as Administrator account.

Client Unit should be improved on compatibility with PC. No more operation system restriction.
