Issue Description

After power on the server RH2288H V3, an error occured on the fromt panel, it shows F03 error code in front panel, and all  the fans  run in full speed and very, very noisy. Also shows that the CPU temp is not too high, only  22 degree.

After I checked logs from iBMC  [ you have to collect logs from iBMC  from  -ONE CLICK INFO -  it shows that it detects Fan1, Fan2 and Fan4, Fan3 seems missing.

I checked inside but the FAN no 3 was present but I didn't see that the connection with motherboard  is unproper made it.

We have to pull out the FAN module after that we have to plug in again the FAN - to reconnect it -  and to check if the connection between FAN and motherboard was realized in proper way.

After that the the F03 error code in front panel disappeared and all the fans run normally in the chassis.
