We know this is not Cell ID because its value must be < 65536.

Handling Process

We ask customer for the display diagnostic-information output to analyze, and when we check the cell ID, is a value higher than 65536, so we ask RnD to confirm, and they confirmed this value is Uc-Id (UTRAN Cell ID).

The calculation to get the correct Cell ID is:

Cell-id = UC-id  mod  65536

Root Cause

AR169G-L shows UTRAN Cell ID on the Cell ID field.

We use the value on AR and input this formula to get the right Cell ID customer needs:

Cell-id = UC-id  mod  65536
