We use CLI to deploy UC solution, there are two primary site(active and standby),21 local site, when we cofigure all the U1900s,we found local site's U1900 disconnect with primary site U1900,only two local site U1900s connect to primary U1900.
remark： There are two local U1900s connected with primary U1900,because we configure those two sites on the Web, not use the CLI.
in super model
config logtrace start pid bin
debug set print flag on
d s p f off
to get bin log,
then use CLI
d d board cmd 52 p1 10
to check network connection information.
then we found that: IP authentication error, it means we didn't configure the trust IP!
So we configure IP in all of the local site's U1900 under super model like this:
config add trust server ip address 10.101.199.1/32
then we check the connection between local site's U1900 and primary site's U1900, and found they are connected.
didn't configure the trust IP in local site's U1900.
if you configrure U1900 in the web, this disconnect situation wouldn't happen.
if you configure U1900 use CLI,and you forget to configrue trust ip address, this disconnect situtation will happen.(This should be wrote in the UC product document!)
