There are an AC6605 with V200R006C10SPC200 version, the forward mode is directly. There are one SSID for guest to connect internet, and authentication is portal. But some user can’t get the portal webpage when connect this SSID, even after reboot mobile, the problem is same. So those users can’t access the Internet.
1: Connect the SSID then import the portal server IP address directly at website.
The website still can’t open the authentication page.
2: Check the connection between terminal and portal server.
The connection works fine, because there are still a lot mobile terminal can work fine with portal authentication.
3: Capture the packets when connect to portal website. (the terminal IP address is 22.214.171.124)
4: Analysis the normal and success process for portal authentication:
After open the browser and import the portal server IP, the browser will send the packet about “get portal server IP address”, it should be like this:
Then portal server reply the request and send the server IP address to browser.
The browser send the packet about coordinate the password.
The portal server reply and begin to password coordinate.
Then it will work fine.
4: Now Analysis the packet we capture, we find this browser didn’t send require packet:
5: This browser is always send the require about close connection (FIN ACK).
6: Check the browser of this terminal and version: OperaMini Opera77.8.11.
1: When can’t access the portal server, please make sure it’s not caused by the portal server.
2: there are some browser have compatibility problem about portal authentication. Such as: Opera, UC, KSbrowser.
(Tips: not all the version of those browser has compatibility problem, so need to pay more attention about it when using those browser to access portal server).
