Issue Description

Topology: SMC2.0+MCU8650+6 TE Endpoints

When customer wants to schedule conference on SMC2.0, it gives an error: Resource Allocation failed on MCU “MCU1”;insufficient audio resource(Error code 0x11000078)

Handling Process

1.Check the conference setting and TE endpoint capability, set the bandwidth and resolution the same, issue still unresolved.

2.Check MCU license, MCU has enough audio license for G.711/G.722.

3.Check the SMC2.0 Range setting, the audio protocol is AAC_LD, so MCU doesn't have enough resource.

4.Change the audio protocol to G.711, issue solved.

Root Cause

The MCU doesn't have enough audio resource for conference.

Change the SMC2.0 range setting audio protocol to G.711.
