IAD can't send incoming call to UAP

Issue Description

Topology: PSTN----IAD----UAP

2 IAD are registered to UAP, and connects PSTN with call free number, incoming call go through IAD and send to UAP. when calling one call free number,the IAD doesn't send the call to UAP, while the other working normal.

Handling Process

1.The the working IAD IP address is, IAD with issue IP address,compare the 2 IAD wireshark package. found that when working normal , the UAP reply the port with 5061, while fail the port is 63173, and the heartbeat established failed.

2.Modify the IAD SIP signaling sending port to 5062,the heartbeat can established successfully, means UAP can use one port to establish heartbear with a device only.

command: sip shutdown all

sip local-port 5062

undo sip shutdown all.

3. Modify the UAP SIP signaling sending port to 5062, IAD can register UAP ,issue solve.

Root Cause

The SIP communication port not correct.


Change the SIP signaling port.
