H323 connection issue betweern AR and Cisco call manager

Issue Description

AR2200 V200R005C20SPC200 who has 2 h323 trunks to Cisco call manager and Genesys IVR sistem, was not able to:
1.- make outgoing calls to local & cellphone numbers
2.- unable to make outgoing calls to 0800 numbers
3.- incoming calls that uses DTMF for the Genesys IVR , DTMF tone does not reach the IVR device

 

Phones were registered at the Cissco Device

 

From the Logs the call flow is the next one: From Outside the office the caller go to the PSTN – R2 – AR – H323.

There are 3 prefix configured : 0 – 1100 – 11

Prefix 0 uses the R2 as the principal trunk to go outside and use AT0 as a secondary-

Prefix 1100  uses: H323_Trunk_VOIP02

Prefix 11 uses: H323_Trunk_VOIP01

Handling Process

Trying to solve DTMF issue R&D sugested to change:

None of this changes solve the issue by themselves, Customer suggested to take out H323 and use SIP instead. LVL2 configure SIP at AR and Customer change Cisco configuration and create a SIP link between devices. After this change the issue for incoming and outgoing calls was solved.
