The customer feedback when the user try to login VMs from WI, it took very long time (around 5 minutes) to login the VM, and sometimes it failed.
1:Login the FusionAccess portal to check what is the last login user ID and the VM-ID;
2:Search the VM-ID on FusionCompute, then login with VNC, we find the VM is in blue screen status;
3:Check the VM status on FusionAccess,we find a lot of VMs are running but the Login status is Unregistered,and many VMs in shutdown status;
1:The customer feedback the users installed some unknown softwares in the VM, so this could be the reason of blue screen;
2:For link-clone dynamic pool mode, the system choose a random VM for user to login, so if most of the VMs in the pool are unregistered, the system will take long time to find registered VM for user login, and if all the registered VMs already been used with other users, so the new user login will fail;
3:The customer didn't config system restoration feature of the desktop group,so after restart the blue screen VM, it is still blue screen.
1:Configurate the "System Restoration" feature of the desktop group, so after blue screen VM restart, the status will restore to be normal status;
2:Restart the unregistered VMs from fusionaccess portal.
1:For VDI solution,suggest our customer don't install the incompatible softwares which may cause the blue screen issue;
2:In link-clone mode,configurate the System Restoration feature if need to restore the VM.
