1.When the VM is restarted after the HDA upgrade, the HDA version is displayed as 0.0.0.0 on the upgrade tool.
2.After logging in to the VM using VNC, you can find that the AccessAgent software is not installed on the VM.
3.On the VM, the upgrade_hda_task scheduled task exists and is in the Ready status.
1.During the HDA upgrade, after the HDA is uninstalled, the preceding scheduled task is created and runs automatically when the system starts to continue the HDA upgrade.
2.The upgrade_hda_task task exists and is in the Ready status. Therefore, the scheduled task fails to run automatically when the system starts. As a result, the HDA upgrade is interrupted.
1.Restart the VM and check whether the upgrade is complete within 10 minutes after the VM is restarted.
2.If the HDA upgrade is not complete, log in to the VM using VNC. If the upgrade_hda_task scheduled task still exists and is in the Ready status, manually run the task. Wait 10 minutes and check whether the VM is restarted and whether the HDA upgrade is complete.
3.After the upgrade_hda_task scheduled task is manually run, if the HDA upgrade still fails, manually install HDA. (For details, see http://support.huawei.com/ecommunity/bbs/10188477.html). Run the reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Huawei\upgrade /v Step /f command.
