deploying U2980 in a call center environment. we haveconfigure a PRA E1 for fax service. Out going call is working fine. we need to terminate the incoming call on Extension 1010. PRA Trunk number is 9226699.
According To Issue Description And As Per u2980 We need Configure Default called Number.
Default Called Number Is not Configured.
add a call source with number preparation, and add a PRA trunk with this call source code
the called number can
be modified in the number preparation
1:-first, add a dnc to replace all number to 1010
2;-then, add a new callsrc, the parameter "number preparation" is YES, and the parameter "all number change index" is the DNC index
3:-at last, add a new pratg, the parameter "call source code" is the CALLSRC code
