Cannot log in to the IAD

Issue Description

Customer reported that he cannot log in to the IAD , as there is no english language to choose and undefined is found , no user name or password options 


Handling Process

I have tried to following points :

  • tryied anothe browser - in vain
  • tried another version of IE - in vain 
  • tried to reset the IAD and restart it again - in vain 
  • checked the configurtion file - found it working fine 

After that we enabled the HTTP option by using CLI command line with this command :

system soft-parameter HTTP-switch on

Using the advanced mode, then it worked fine with the HTTP mode not HTTPS
