The IPPBX is disconnected from the BMU /ECS , when the IP address of the IPPBX and the ECS is not in the same VLAN .
the status is disconnected .
1- Make sure that there is no other application is using port 8000 to avoid the port mirroring .
2-MAke sure that the IPBX and the BMU/ECS can ping each other .
3-On the BMU run the [netstat -ano |findstr 8000] to be sure that the service is up and run on the server .
4-Try to telnet on the server IP using port 8000 to be sure that the port is open and can telnet .
5-Make sure that the connection protocol and port is the same on both devices the PPBX and BMU , ie. [TCP or TLS and using port 8000] .
1-the server is not initiate any service on port 8000 due to security application .
allow and trust the communication over port 8000 .
capture the traffic and check if there is packets exchange between the IPPBX and the ECS or not
