Espace Mobile (Client) unable to connect/login. When we try to connect “Operation Failure” error prompts
1) 1.)Collect logs from eSpace_UC/Logs/MAA & eSpace_UC/Logs/Appagent
2) 2.)Collect information regarding eSpace UC Version
3.)Check the BMU & Appagent Service if it is started normal.
4.) Collect the Log for further analaysis. From the log collected & analysis we can see that the “Operation Failure” due to incorrect password
5.)Check on AppAgent password. Default User name is : admin Pasword : Change_Me.
The eSpace mobile client is unable to login due to incorrect password of the AppAgent.
Change the password of the AppAgent to default password ( Change_Me) or you can check the original password used in the directory as shown;
