Issue Description

Network overview: WLAN topology for 580 APs with two central sites with Active/Standby redundancy. Each AP is registered in 2 ACU2, one active and other standby using HSB protocol.

General Topology:

Devices involved in the issue:

 Device Name Product Type  Version
 AC4-Master  ACU2  ACU2V200R006C10SPC200/SPH203
 AP Outdoor  AP8030  FitAP8X30XN_V200R006C10SPCa00.bin
 AP Outdoor  AP8130  FitAP8X30XN_V200R006C10SPCa00.bin

The fault symptom was that some APs were in fault status on one of the ACU

Handling Process

ARP command display that those APs have obtained an IP address, and the AP were reachable from AC4-Master, so in was confirmed that the APs were connected and it wasn't physical failure.

The trace object mac was enable for the AP 2444-2795-61a0, obtaining that CAPWAP negotiation fail because the image update failed.

Also using the command display ap online-fail-record all, it was confirmed that those AP were failed to update.

Root Cause

The ACU2 had an incorrect file for AP8X30 in file system, so the APs couldn't download software version.
