The customer wants to configure a master and a backup link. In his case the master link is using OSPF protocol (eth0/0/0) and backup link is using static route (Atm 0/0/0).
Explained to the customer that, normally, OSPF has a higher priority, so the traffic will pass through the link configured with OSPF.
Additionally, we've suggested him to configure BFD to detect when the primary link configured with OSPF goes down and then the traffic will automatically go through your ATM 0/0/0 Interface.
In this particular case, he can configure this command on the ATM interface: “standby track ip route X.X.0.1 255.255.255.252”
