Following steps were asked from the customer:
1. Firmware version
2. If he performed any kind of operations on the workstation that the IVS client was installed
3. If there were any alarms in the IVS
The customer confirmed the firmware version and that no operations or alarms were performed during the warning informations poped up.
Since the VMU only provides the following:
Issue with the workstation where the IVS client was installed. Not enough resources.
Enhance workstation resources so it can sustain system operations, install IVS client on a more powerful workstation.
