After communicate with FSE, the problem are Alarm ID 0358-001(UPS is working in Bypass mode) and Alarm ID 0193-001(mains three-phase current is imbalance) on UPS LCD.
1. For Alarm 0358-001, The UPS is working in Bypass mode from 2017.06.11.If the AC input is outage, the load will be shut down.
Ø Start the inverter. Let UPS transfer to invertor mode. When AC input is outage, the UPS will transfer to battery mode automatically.
2. For Alarm 0193-001,the mains three-phase current is imbalance.
Ø The current of Phase A and Phase B are 0 A. Only phase C is 9.7A. The AC output phase current is imbalance. And have confirmed with customer, they didn't connect load on phase A and phase B. So this alarm is normal.
Ø When UPS is working in invertor mode, it will not affect UPS working. if customer don't want to see this alarm. We can disable this alarm.
Customer didn't connect load on phase A and phase B. So load is imbalance in each phase.
