POTS & SIP users have advanced right can establish international call. Users of peer exchanges are also have international call right. The only difference is these calls are incomming from PRI trunks. It is trunk to trunk call. the u1981 does not let trunk to trunk international call.
- Huawei u1981 connected with Siemens Hipath 4000 over PRA trunk and connected with PSTN using SS7 trunk link
- Huawei user (pots&sip) can call international numbers over the SS7 trunk
- siemens users cannot dial international number over this link hwever they have the super rights
- when siemens user try to dial the international number they hear the call barring message "Sorry, you are not allowed to make this call. Please contact your system
administrator for assistance."
This is caused by insufficient outgoing call permission due to trunk-based call barring. Trunk-based call barring is configured on the U1900 series unified gateways by default so that a user who makes an incoming call through a trunk cannot make an outgoing call, to strength the toll fraud prevention capability.
SO ask customer to modify the trunk group permission for that international call
