TLS connection error

Issue Description

when set the unified gateway connection to tls protocol its not working however its working fine with tcp 

Alarm Information

- the unified gateway connection status show connected when using tcp protocol 

- but when using tls it show disconnected 

Handling Process

- confirm the admin password for the u1900 

- confirm that server ip address added to unified gateway trusted addresses 

- confirm that configured bmu protocol on u1900 is tls 

- collect host log from u1900 & binsocket.log file from bmu 

Root Cause

- after analyze the host log file from u1900 we find that customer has changed the default tls switch password from the u1900 


- change the tls switch password to the default " oocag7Uj " using below command then reboot the pbx 

- after return back tls password to default the tls connection status on bmu show connected status
