In the network, there are 2 V3 servers, 4 V2 servers and 2 storages.
IBMC portal for V3 servers and Device Manager portal for storages are able to be accessed from public network except the iMana portal for remaining V2 servers.

Network has no issue as it has been diagnosed and analyzed for port configuration, cable connection and many more.
1) iMana is able to access through internal network.
2) No alarm shown (no hardware error).
3) Firewall is disabled for the server.
4) Port 443 is enabled.
If the issue persist, it means that the RH server has forbid the external NAT server to access for security reason.
We would require to add the external IP to whitelist manually.
The iMana portal will be able to access using external network in a few seconds.
