Customer reported that he can not access the IVS client and he got this error message
we have asked him to check the OMU porta , he said can not access it too , can not open the web page of it
Use the SSH to log in to VCN500
(Log in as the admin/Change_Me and run the
su-root, enter the password Change_Me switch to the root user)
need check if the database had started, use command: ps -ef|grep postgres then check the results
Modify the xlog database check items.
Modify the chk items and reboot to restart the
3 Check the service.
A, run the ps-ef | grep ivs_omu check omu Portal is started.
run the ps-ef | grep postgres check whether the database is started.
After that we have tried to access the IVS client and it worked fine , altought the OMU portal , worked fine
