Can not access the IVS client 109100009 error message

Issue Description

Customer reported that he can not access the IVS client and he got this error message 

Handling Process

we have asked him to check the OMU porta , he said can not access it too , can not open the web page of it 

1 Use the SSH to log in to VCN500 

(Log in as the admin/Change_Me and run the su-root, enter the password Change_Me switch to the root user)

need check if the database had started, use command: ps -ef|grep postgres then check the results 

2 Modify the xlog database check items.

a. cd /DB_DATA/data/global

b. Modify the chk items and reboot to restart the

3 Check the service.
 A, run the ps-ef | grep ivs_omu check omu Portal is started.

b, run the ps-ef | grep postgres check whether the database is started.

After that we have tried to access the IVS client and it worked fine , altought the OMU portal , worked fine
