Handling Process

During handling the problem we have followed the steps:

1. Network connection. Check network connection between PC and the host, VRM node. Ping was ok.

2. Check firewalls and open ports. OK

3. Check other Plugin configuration. Plugin Configuration->JAVA (TM) Plugin.

After we have enabled JAVA (TM) Plugin, import template was sucessfully.

Root Cause

When you choose Plugin Type->Client plugin, you need to install plugin for the Browser. The plugin should be installed using OS Administrator user only.

If you need to install plugin from different user, you should change Security Settings of the plugin folder (FusionCompute-ClientIntegrationPlugin) :

Usually the folder of plugin is C:\Program Files (x86)\FusionCompute-ClientIntegrationPlugin\

You need to choose "Full Control" for current OS user.

Before plugin install you should:
-obtain Administrator user password and login to OS with Administrator account
-Change C:\Program Files (x86)\FusionCompute-ClientIntegrationPlugin\ Security Settings to "Full Control" for current OS user.
