Customer has an environment Management/Secretary
*Customer was unable to make calls to extension 85001 located in the polycom hearing a message that says 'NOT POSSIBLE PERFORM CALL, TRY LATER', others extensions were working fine taking/making calls.
A) : Version was confirmed throuth CLI command show version, version installed was V100R001C01SPC900 (This version doesnt provide WEB interface access for troubleshooting with this scenario.)
*Unable to perform an Upgrade due to operation environment with customer, multiple devices will be affected during upgrade process
B) : Tests were made, configuring extension 85001 in Huawei PBX u1980... status was the same, (unable to reach 85001-Management) either u1980 and Polycom.
C) : Command to know status of Blacklist group was introduced ...
D): Extension found in that group (85001), this parameter refuses any input call... it was removed through command ...
Affected extension for management (85001)was added into a blacklist, users were unable to reach it, dialing from Secretary number (15003/85003) in the PBX, even from any PSTN number.
extension (85001) was verified and removed from u1980 blacklist group V100R001C01SPC900 through CLI command.
