Issue Description

The eSight can’t start, it stopped at 0%.

Handling Process

1.  Run command “net user ossuser” to check whether there was someone changed the ossuser’s password. It shows that the password changed yesterday.

2.  After changing the password of the ossuser user, you must modify the server connection information to ensure proper communication between the server and maintenance tool.

Root Cause

Customer changed ossuser's password but didn't change password at Server Manager page.
