No TLS transmission type in SIP settings

Publication Date:  2017-11-22 Views:  279 Downloads:  0

Issue Description

Customer tried to configure integration between TE30 terminal and Skype for Business. According to product documentation, standard protocol for that connection is TLS. But Customer had only two options in Transmission type: TCP and UDP.

Software version TEX0 V600R006C00sPC500

Following steps was made:

1. In System information on TE30 web-interface was no H.235 encryption option. TLS is encrypted protocol.

2. Checking license file, option The Ability of Cancel Streaming Encryption, default not Cancel( 0: Not Cancel 1:Cancel), DP300/TEX0/TX50 was found.

3. After applying license without this option, TLS appeared.

Solution: create license without 88033CSV option and apply it to TE30.
