Handling Process

1、We can learn from python error happened in LogMgr.py file  line 67:


2、check the code of LogMgr.py file line 67, found to be invoked shutil.py rmtree error:


3、Check the shutil.pyc file found that the modification time is July 21, the size is only 1KB,less than normal size 19KB, suspected this file is damaged lead to the failure of the NMS to start loading the module, rename it to shutil.pycbak:


4、Restart U2000Server no longer happen error,it can start normal and login successfully:


Root Cause

1、Python running file damaged cause modules failed;

2、 abnormal power-down, file system failure, file transfer error, the system memory shortage and so on factor may cause file damaged;

Solution

1、 backup damaged Pyc file, then restart to see if it still error;

2、If the error is still report ,that shows  the corresponding py file is damaged also, we can get the corresponding py file from the installation package, then restart the NMS.
