IVS / set maximum number for login sessions Config.

Issue Description

After input admin credentials, customer received an Exclamation Message reporting... 'The Maximum number of logins configured to use thiss account at the same time has been reached. Error Code: 119101306'

Alarm Information

Customer receives teh error Code 119101306 and is unable to get access into IVS.

Handling Process

The Error code was analized and looking for on product documentation about any solution or procedure for it. further information was requested to R&D and they provide a command to increase the limit of open sessions.

Root Cause

The Maximum number of sessions permited at the same tome has been reached. 


The command has been provided to customer in order to increase the limit.

su -c "psql -d smu -c \"update tbl_smu_user_info set MAX_SESS_CNT = 10 where user_name='Admin';\"" – postgres

*In this case for 10 as limit and for Admin user... if we want to change for other user, just set the correct user_name
