During the installation, supplier maked a mistake os power and signal cable conection betweeen indoor to outdoor machines. The connect the cable from indoor A to outdoor B and Indoor B to outdoor A, so when all machines power on both indoor and outdoor machines, can't find the mistake because the airconditioner can work for some time. After fix cable connection the problem was solved.

The outdoor unit input power has an openphase, incorrect phase sequence, or is unavailable. Please checkif the OUTDOOR UNIT has voltage, Measure the voltage L1-L2, L2-L3, L1-L3. Ifone phase is lost, check the connections upstream and fix the problem. If the voltageis normal verify the Phase sequence. 2. Signal cables to the outdoor unit are notproperly connected. The condenser fins are blocked. Please confirmif the space is enough where the outdoor unit is installed and there is notobstacles in the condenser coil. (share some pictures of the outdoor unit) 4. The outdoor fan driver or fan is faulty. Please confirm if the Fans installed in Outdoorunit are working normally. 5. Cables to the high pressure switch are notproperly connected. Check the high-pressure switch status. 6. The high pressure switch is faulty. 7. The EEV (Electronic expansion valve) isfaulty. 8. The refrigerant is overfilled. How many Kg ofrefrigerant did you add in the system per each unit? 9. The outdoor unit is installed improperly. After review all the parameters, please clear the alarmsmanually and start the Unit. When the device is running, go to check if the outside unitis running and please take a picture of all the running parameters ofcompressor. Next plan: confirm with FSE the steps above.
