eSpace DEC 6001-E has V100R001C21SPC300
In the IVS C/S client it shows only the DEC6501L and the DEC6108, but not the DEC6001E
After cleaning the Cache from the browser the list shows the DEC6001E and it can be added into the system.
The Live Video pushed to the TV wall was sent and the TV was showing a black screen:
Then I have checked if the stream is sent to the decoder by entering in to the web interface, Settings -> Device Settings -> Media Stream Query and in this list I can see that the stream was sent with the Audio encoding type as G.711 but no Video Encoding type:
Checked the Settings -> Device Settings -> Port Settings to check if this are correct in the Decoder side as per picture below:
Then checked the camera side from the IVS c/s client and the stream sent was configured at 1080P with H.265 encoding which is wrong.
Changed the camera settings for the first and second stream with the correct encoding type as H.264 and the resolution to 720P.
Inserted the camera video stream into the live stream and then pushed the stream on the TV wall with success.
The cameras was sending the wrong stream to the Decoder
1. Check the cable connections
2. Make sure that the devices can ping both ends.
3. Check the configurations on both camera side and Decoder side and keep in mind the requirements of the input stream for DEC6001-E.
