Customer had device configured in HyperMetro environment and was testing the redundancy of the replication by suddenly disconnecting one of the devices.
After a couple of manual power cable disconnections, error "Failed to start the system" appeared, with the Possible Cause as The CCDB fails to be started.

Possible Cause: The CCDB fails to be started.
1. Collected logs for analysis
2. Checked for hardware failures
3. As the customer was interested in resetting the array to factory defaults, not recovering it, we provided the command to clear the CCDB.
Run command on the master controller in CLI: "ccdb.sh -c clearccdb" (if master controller is not known, execute the command in each controller, one by one)
