The AD in the right is the one that has the R240D on port 4 that is not working, and that is the interface that the customer wanted to turn off the POE and then turn the POE on.
One possiblity was to restart the R240D
from the AC using “[AC6605-wlan-view] ap-reset ap-name xxx”
Another possiblity was trying to disable POE for that interface from the AD , but unfortunately it did not work since the AD it is FIT.
Huawei]interface gigabitethernet 0/0/4
[Huawei-GigabitEthernet0/0/14] undo poeenable ----disable POE[Huawei-GigabitEthernet0/0/14] poe enable -----enable POE
Here is the guide how to disable/enable POE for one port from a FIT AD.
First , you have to find out and AP-id of the right AP9430-24DN from the AC.
Let`s suppose that is ap-id 1.
All the configuration is done on the AC.
Attached is the configuration. In my example I chosen to disable poe forinterface gigabitethernet 1.
"poe disable" command should be under port-link-profile name test.
You need to create a wired-port-profile where we will bind the port-link-profile.
We will apply the wired-port-profile for gigabitethernet 1 under AP-id 1 ( our AD).
Here are more details about wired profiles:
