Version : FusionAccess version V100R006C10SPC100
customer want to delete user from FusionAccess portal ,but when execute delete operation ,the delete operation failed and show error code 12208.
1. we check the all components of FusionAccess ,all components status are normal .
2. we add some users to do the test ,some of users can be delete ,some can't .
3. login the AD to check the user's UPN (User Principal Name)
4. we found that UPN domain name part is different with domain FQDN
5. after communicate with R&D , when the same UPN and FQDN support delete user .
6. change the user UPN same as FQDN
the UPN is different with FQDN.
change the user UPN domain part same as FQDN .login the ADserver by tools (eg.AdExplorer)
the limit will be fixed in the next version .
