Unable to modify iBMC Management IP in HMM Web

Issue Description

Customer have added 3 new CH121 V3 nodes to existing E9000 Chassis. Currently there is 5 units of CH121 Nodes(iMana) in the Chassis.

While configure BMC IP for the new nodes, there is some error as shown below :-







Alarm Information

There is no alarm in HMM.

Handling Process

Collect HMM Logs as shown below :-


Root Cause

After analyzing the logs found that the HMM version of E9000 is low which could not support iBMC interface to modify Management IP of the Node. Current HMM Version 2.20 which only support iMana interface.


Below is the current version of HMM :-


Suggest customer to upgrade to latest version of HMM which HMM can support iBMC interface :-
