License error message when creating service

Issue Description

The customer was trying to create 10GE service, but they received an error message as per the snapshot. 

Handling Process

1)       There is no OTN license for the subrack, so can’t create the OTN service.



2)       Plan to configure the service type to OTN, but there is no license.



3)       For the OTN license, it is controlled by iManager OmniSight-T. the BOM is 82600799. The license item name is  OptiX OSN 1800V OTN function fee(per shelf)

But here is no such license item on the NMS. 



Root Cause

License is consumed. The customer needs to apply for a new license.


Apply for license including license item --> OptiX OSN 1800V OTN function fee(per shelf)
