Unable to start a remote consol on my server. Using Java 8 161
We tested that on another server the remote console can start properly. This way we realiased that the issue was happening only on one machine.
We tested with different browsers including latest firefox v58, latest chrome v63 and updated to v64, Internet Explorer 11 but all have the same Connect system manage fail message
Since iBMC supports only JRE 1.7 and JRE 1.8 we checked that the right JRE version was installed. The customer was using the latest version which is 1.8 update 161
We checked and modified the Java security configuration and added it on the trusted sites by calling the iBMC port :443 but still the remote console coudnt be started
If iBMC configuration data is damaged, you cannot start or log in to iBMC.
Default iBMC configurations cannot be restored remotely.
In this particular case it was possible to restore the default iBMC and BIOS configuration.
Restoring default iBMC configurations restores all user settings, including user names, passwords, and IP addresses. Perform this operation with caution.
The restoration of default BIOS and iBMC setting has been authorized by the end customer. Please use this solution only if authorization is given
