Firewall can’t see logs at GUI Monitor, it shows “Loading”.
1. Checked the hard disk's status, it is online normally.
2. We tried to do "disk self-test enable", but there is no log also.
3. Checked the DTS information, this is a known software problem. It hit DTS2016120703343. For USG *L series device, when the hard disk load slowly than NLOG process, the function “cache_enable” will be set as “NLOG_DEVICE_NONE”. And the device will not check the hard disk status again, so the NLOG will show NONE, and will not show the logs.
