The customer are not able to change configuration parameters of the terminals EP820 using the OTA interface.
OTA can't manage the terminal, it's necessary to check the next points:
1. check DNS service of otaserver configuration ------DNS server IP on eOMC:
2. Check APN configuration on eCNS210, use LST APN, Master IP address is eOMC ip.
3.The ota domain name is resolved through the terminal side to see if it can succeed.
4.Check if eOMC can resolve its own domain name.
