No alarm Information, only the symptom
connection to the VCN3010 in order to check the parameters of the VCN3010.
We checked the
configuration of the VCN and saw the issue in the video,
entered to the configuration of the VCN we found the Parameters below.
Format – H.265
Interval – 60
Protocol RTCP over UDP
Frame Rate 25
Bit rate 2048
We asked to the customer the wireshark in the VCN, here below we can see the packet lost,
the packet loss must be no more than 3% and the customer has values of up to 9%
for the packet loss we selected H.264
NOTE: this doesnt fix the issue, because this is a network problem, but this help to reduce the pixelated video.
at the end we explained this to the customer.
