Espace Mobile (Client) unable to connect/login. When we try to connect “Operation Failure” error prompts

Handling proces

1)  Collect logs from eSpace_UC/Logs/MAA    eSpace_UC/Logs/Appagent

2)  Collect information regarding espace UC Version

3) From the log collected/ analysis we can see that the “Operation Failure” due to incorrect password

4) Check on AppAgent Password

5) Change to default password to Change_Me


Root Cause

The espace mobile client is unable to login due to incorrect password as we can see from the logs obtained


Change the password to default password ( Change_Me) or you can check the original password used in the directory as shown;
