Issue Description

The Customer want to integrate the Intertel Bill Software ( with our PBX U1981, First of all, what is a Bill Software?

The Bill Software is a program that take all the information of the CDR from the PBX to a server or cloud server, this software take the information, process all the information and give it a format to be understandable to the final user.

exist several brands of Bill Software like Intertel, Tiger TMS, Xima, Prism, etc.

and all of this brands share features, some of these Softwares work with information in the moment, I mean, show you the information of the calls live in a window, others don't, but handle more number of users, others handle the information by Web Interface, and others by a program installed directly in the PC (Server),  in common they use a data base in order to store all the information and handle it (it can use different databases as SQL or Maria DataBase or other Databases)

Handling Process

The common process is this

And the documentation explain the process to install the FTP Server in the CDR server in order to enable the Server as FTP Server and the intertel take the information from that server below the Image.

but, this CDR Agent Server has occupied the port 21 so, in order to fix this We offer to the customer to record directly the information of the CDR in the Intertel Server. how? with a Shared Folder,

Creating a Shared Folder in the Intertel Server --> z:// can be Folder or logical unit,

and then when you configure the path to store the information in the CDR Agent, you configure this here,

and that's it, the CDR Agent will send the information to the Intertel server and in the Intertel Server you need to select the folder were the information is saved and is done.

The intertel will start with the process of formatting the information.

NOTE: Just be sure to select to convert from bill to TXT in the configuration window.

If you don't have the Port 21 free, you can use this process, is fastest than the FTP Process, easier to configure it and very practical.
