an error popup in U2000: The swap space is insufficient, CRITICAL ALARM ID: 5007

Issue Description

Customer informed us that for U2000 version V200R016C60SPC200 he got an CRITICAL ALARM on OSS.



 OSS alarm indicates that swap space was occupied more than 70%,  we need optimize the memory usage of U2000 processes,  stop some processes which are not in use.   

1.  login the sysmonitor and to export the content for next 3 interfaces:

- Service Monitoring,

- Process Monitoring,

-  Server Monitor

2.  review 3 more files (NE_Table, GNE_Table and NE_Report) for analyze. The files can obtain as below: 

a. Administration --> DCN management --> Export NE list and GNE list (Save As...)

b. Inventory -->Physical Inventory --> Export NE list (Save As...)

3. after the analyze of all files, we conclude that the process from the list below need to be stopped.

After the processes were stopped, we confirmed the problem is solved.
