U2000 client can’t connect to the u2000 server after a reboot

Issue Description

 Customer reboot the server and the U2000 client stopped.

*check the status of the U2000 verifying the processes in Service Monitor


1. check the database monitoring we identify the IP

2. connect through putty and check the sysconfigure.xml, we need to verify the database IP

3. DesktopService0101 will read IP from the sysconfigure.xml to connect to the database when it starts. Because it is different from the listening IP, it cannot connect to the database.

 4. After the database IP in sysconfigure.xml is changed to, the service startup is successful and the client login succeeds
