unable to change the timezone on UMS

Issue Description

The customer is not able to change the time zone of the UMS. The confirmation e-mail received from the server is with UTC+8

Handling Process

1. in the UMS check the below menu message management” and see whether the time is same as the time shown in email. 

If they are different,  it means the time zone needs to be changed.

In order to change the time zonethe below procedure need to be followed:

1. login ums server and change the below parameter (in our example spain was taken as an example)

2. cd /usr/local/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf


3. Restart the server
