Issue Description

The documentation says that AD SSO with query mode doesn’t support logout messages, and the users go offline only when their connections time out.

The problem is that I disconnected a user from a workstation but I still see the user in “online users” list. After more than 30 minutes after disconnection.

How can i manage this issue?

Is any solution to obtain the logout messages?

If the user will not have traffic,  by default the user will be logout in 30 minutes. If you want to change it, you can use less than 30 minutes ( for example 10 minutes).

Here is an example of how to change it:

<sysname> system-view

[sysname] user-manage online-user aging-time 60
